Cancellation Policy
At Alter'd Mane, we understand that life can be unpredictable and plans may need to change. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee. If you cannot make your appointment, please call or text 48 hours prior to your scheduled service to avoid a Rescheduling Fee. Reschedules + cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in a Reschedule Fee of 50-100% of services.
